Sunday is here! And it's a new beginning! I have started working out again, which feels wonderful! I am currently working on keeping the schedule that was established while at my grandpa's so that way my youngest doesn't suffer...but man it feels good to be home. I am going to work really hard today on my eating and getting up and moving so...*fingers crossed* The biggest goal though was already mentioned about the schedule. I think eating at the same times and introducing the sugar-free stuff will benefit me in the long run since I am pre-diabetic.
It honestly feels great to be back on here and back onto a routine. I didn't realize how much I missed it all. :)
Daily Summary *Focus T25: Ahh, Stretching. This one makes me feel sooooo good and relaxed. It honestly felt really good to workout again. I missed it a lot. :)
Plank: 20 sec plank. Whew...it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be but then again, it was only 20 sec. I know that as the number goes up, it will get harder but I definitely felt that tightening in all my muscles. :)
Kettlebell: I didn't feel ready to start this so I am going to start this up next week. :)
