Well I probably shouldn't record a second entry for today because 50 pounds lost is a pretty great thing, but I thought I'd share the rest of my day.
So I had a win and a loss... LOL
My "loss" was that I had 10 chocolates... so like 800 calories... so I'm above my calories, but they were AMAZING, so I can't say I regret eating the chocolate, but I do wish I had put the box away about half way through. But that's done, and I'm moving onto tomorrow!
My "win" was the hubby and I went on a walk today - we did 5.27km in 1 hour and 8 minutes! WHICH IS AWESOME! The Volunteer board I was on this past year does a 5K walk each year and they raise a ton of money, so I'm going to do it... my only scary part was that you have to do the 5K in 1 hour and 10 minutes. I was freaked out that I couldn't do it in the time allotted. Apparently I underestimated how amazing I am! :)
So all in all a good day! I hope everyone else's day was amazing as well!
