I caved last night and took some Celebrex for my hip pain. It feels so much better today. I was taken off it do to Kidney GFR changes. But I am going to take my chances... but only for a few days. I have to be able to drive hubby home from his scope on Thursday. It's going to be a long day 2 hours driving plus sitting waiting for him.
I finally did my laundry and stripped my bed- Oh it hurt so bad. Took forever to get it done. I put on my Fall quilt and soft blanket- the nights are getting cooler and I seem to mind the cooler nights more then I use to. Diet wise, well honestly not much to pick from so eating what we have- more carbs then I would like. We were gifted some sweets- trying to get hubby to eat some so I do not eat them all myself. Planning on making some BBQ-chicken drumsticks for dinner. Also making some roasted chicken thighs to make some chicken salad for lunches. Missing my fresh veggies. Have to wait until next week when I get paid. We still have some of those frozen dinner from the Health insurance (they are not very good- the "meat" beef, pork or chicken all have such a grainy texture and no taste- like they have been cooked, ground up and molded into a shape). The calories in these meals runs 350 to 450. So I would not be going over and trust me- it kills your appetite but it's better than nothing. I am stressing about hubby- what will they find and what will the insurance company allow us for the roof? I know I am a worry wart. But money is so short right now, had to pay school taxes-which went up. I think we are blessed that we have a roof over our head, the bills are paid, and I am able to feed us with what we have. Prayers answered --Thank you Jesus!
