Well, I really blew it yesterday!! It was my Aunt's 89 Birthday. She does not have any children of her own, so my brothers and I are her children. We had a fish fry, with hush puppies and slaw and not 1 but 4 Birthday cakes. Today is a new day and back to healthy eating. Not looking forward to getting on the scales tomorrow.
