The biggest change since my last weigh-in has been determining that I have a sensitivity to wheat or gluten. Going gluten-free has eliminated many symptoms that I previously took for granted, and my excess weight is apparently diminishing as well, without any further effort on my part.
According to some sources, up to 1/3 of the population of the United States has some sort of wheat sensitivity, with up to 1% have full-blown Celiac Disease, and the vast majority of both remain undiagnosed.
