Hey everyone, I just wanted to say stay strong tonight. It is going to be a rough night, but we can do this. If you feel like you have to eat something, try drinking a glass of water. Sounds funny I know, but I have had many people tell me that and it really does work.

Don't forget, No Eating After 7:30pm

I've found a nice up of hot herbal tea fools the tummy into thinking it has had a snack.

Believe it or not, when you are dehydrated or your body is thirsty , you will often feel hunger pains. And that could be why the glass of water helps=]
