Back on induction and feeling good. A lot of co-workers are doing "the biggest Loser" but I don't have that much weight to lose or an extra $120 laying around, so my inspiration is purely fatsecret.com! I was doing terrific until I got ill in December with a bad pneumonia followed by a HUGE kidney stone. Both required 3 separate hospitalizations (6 days, 2 days then 3 days), and frankly, when I don't feel good....all I want to eat is Tea and toast!plus bedrest doesn't allow for much except weight gain... so hello 15lbs! Detoxing from carbs and sugar is NOT FUN, but the cravings are going away.....able to skip the munch-kin doughnut with my coffee today, and not eating the fantastic chocolate covered deliciousness that is in the work-fridge! Will power is a good thing :)
