Day 2 of bulletproof coffee...I'm going to drink it for a whole week and see what happens. Yesterday, the taste was a little bland, so today I added a few drops of liquid stevia and a tad of vanilla, it was pretty tasty!

I bought a new scale the other day. The upside...it reads bmi, body fat, and water. The downside... It puts me at a different weight than my old scale(the old, non-digital kind). I'm going to enter this weight in my FS weight journal from now on, but I hate it because it makes it look like I've gained weight even though I haven't.

Today's reading:

Weight: 177 lbs
Fat: 32.6
Water: 49.3
BMI: 28.4

Glen, I was devasted when I stepped on my new scale and saw 177, lol! I wish it would've kept on lying to me like my old one did! Now I know why my doctor's office scale showed such a huge difference... Bulletproof coffee is coffee that is blended with mct oil and grass-fed butter. If you google it, theres a website about bulletproof coffee "standards"... The coffee they want you to use is crazy expensive, as is the mct oil, so I use organic coffee, kerrygold unsalted butter, and pure unrefined coconut oil. Its supposed to have several benefits over regular coffee, so I thought I'd give it a try. It did keep my appetite down, so that's good, but not sure of any other benefits. The first day, it was a little bland, so today I added sweetener and vanilla, and it was great. I usually never add sweetener to my coffee (I'm a creamer only kind of girl😃), but the unrefined coconut oil gives it a flavor that I don't care for.

I was able to go back and edit my weight history, but I can't change my beginning challenge weight... Does anyone know how to do this?

Though I'm not good at wrapping my head around this either ... remember is is JUST a number and you are MORE than a number!!! If you are doing what is good for your body try to focus on that!!! The numbers fly all over the place (at least for me) so just use that new scale as a tool and move on!!!
