So @ 8am I did my 1st wk. weigh in. I was so nervous, but it comes to be that i lost almost 11 lbs !!!!! :) This is a great start & I am definitely proud of myself for being 11 pounds lighter. Cant wait for next Tuesday, Weigh In!
