Good Morning Dieters!!! Today's Quote::::::::Unity is strength... when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.
Mattie Stepanek......I loved serving this country for 12 yrs and never regret doing so. Being in the Army taught me many things one of those things is "TEAMWORK". Being on Fatsecret is a lot like "TEAMWORK" as your buddies are your support and collaboration. In the Army my "TEAM" became family. We always had each others backs. We looked out for one another, gave support to each other and never allowed each other to "quit". Surrounding yourself with positive buddies is a step in the right direction. Together with "TEAMWORK" we all can succeed and achieve our goals!!! HOOAHH!!!

Love the quote. It is so true. I wouldn't have come this far without my buddies and the support I have gotten while on FS. My dad was in the army for 20 years, my brother was in the army, my other brother was in the navy, my youngest daughter and her husband are in the Air Force. My family had most of the bases covered :) We all believe in teamwork to achieve goals, even individual goals. It is an honor and a privilege to have vets in my corner. We can do this together!
