I try not to snack but it's really hard, I like to have an orange off my tree after my workouts. I left a lot of sweat in the spin room today & the energy level drops an orange makes me feel better. I will try and do better on the snacking.

An orange is a good snack. Add a protein with the orange after a hard workout too. Food is fuel for the body. If you are doing a lot of exercise, you need to fuel your body. Plan out some snacks so you know what you will be eating.
