Back to it! Had a few weeks off (holiday and got really sick of weighing stuff) but new mindset now and got my 10k race in two weeks so need to be race ready! 💪💪 x
156.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
