ran on the 17th 2.2 miles ... felt great no sore legs ... my wieght is the same ... but i have been eating some fries , burgers and a few beers ... still under my 2000 per day calorie plan .... however i sure can feel the difference ... well its my birthday week ... i'll buckel down after Sunday ... but not going over 2000 cal \ day
252.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
