It's a Norwegian Crisp Bread made of Sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, wholemeal Rye flour, Oat bran, oats, flax seeds, spelt bran, wheat bran, salt, oregano & Thyme. (bought at Aldi). 120 calories per piece.
