Had an epiphany yesterday while I was in the hospital (all day!) I am no longer on a diet - I have changed my lifestyle when it comes to eating woo hoo!!
On another note: hubby's surgery went good and we are back home. He's moving today, just very slow :-) Thank you to all of you who lifted him up in your prayers.
