So far so good I'm 13 over on fat today but that's OK I'm within my WW points & well within cals for the day a lot better than i usually do on my day off! I usually use the Monday after I work as an aide to let my muscles recover but I think after supper I will go out and do some gardening Lord knows it needs it after all the rain I've been getting. My daughter's ball game has been cancelled due to the rain so I'll have time I think I'll also go to my weight loss class and see how I weigh in there it's about over. Will I take it again no. I didn't learn anything I didn't know already from here or from magazines it is basically a big sales pitched for the products they sell I'm major disappointed I mean I didn't expect a miracle I did expect less sales pitch more info please. All and all a good day.
