Tried to behave today better. I didn't have dessert at Mom's but I had an iced coffee and a iced cappuccino due to needing some caffine from being so tired still from yesterday. So I am now 25.5 points over. I will have to behave now for the rest of the week. I am feeling hungry now, but I think I will just have a big glass of water and head straight to bed. I think I only had like 2 glasses of water today, maybe three and a diet coke. Well with weight watchers right now they are saying you can count that as water, but I don't really want to. I will take my vitamins as well, that will probably help my tummy think that there is something solid in there to fool it until I fall asleep. I want to lose this weight by the august long weekend, so I have to keep at it, behave and get out and move more. Tomorrow a good long walk. I will have to call up my cousin and see if we are on for our walk.
