So far so good on writing down what I am eating again. I keep a piece of paper and pen with me at all times so I write stuff down until I can transfer it to the computer. I can do without the big bowl of candy kisses the one gal brought in and the donuts but I have to remember its all about will power and keeping my eye on my goal. I do need to find a different hot cocoa mix thou because the one I have has too many calories in it.
