im feeling crap today, i had more bread than my body likes yesterday,and i feel bout 10kgs heavier today. i seemed to have had a carb craving lately, must be the consistant exercise? what should i do to stop it or change it for the better? i can usually only have 1 or 2 slices of bread a week without bloating. p.s. i aint goin near the scales today!

Maybe you need carbs but don't react well to wheat. One of my work colleagues can't eat much wheat so she eats oatmeal, rice, corn, etc. when she's working out a lot and her body's crying for carbs. Maybe that would work for you.
