Even though I gain 2 lbs over night I am happy today. The last time I tried on this old pair of jeans from my closet I couldn't get them past my thighs, Today they fit and are a bit loose. Woo hoo. I will lose this weigh before the end of the year.

I just walked round the block without stopping for a rest. I know that doesn't sound like much to some of you but for me it is a major achievement. My hips were getting a bit sore and starting to cease up but surprisingly enough my knees were okay. It took me about 12 minutes but that is okay too. I sure couldn't have done that 4 months and 40lbs ago.
