Still being horrible at remembering to record what I eat. At least I am still keeping my amounts way down on what I am eating even if I am not recording them.

Had a doctor appt yesterday. She was very happy with my weight. My blood pressure still needs the meds to keep it where it needs to be. Despite that it was still a good visit.

My mood is still an issue sometimes. Still being very bad about just keeping to myself. Gotten back into the rut of just work, home, rinse, repeat. That's not good for me so I am hoping for a mild weekend next so I can get out on the trails some. Maybe find someone that wants to go with me for company.

Everyday is progress! ;-)
