This is just terrible! Snacking at night is my toughest challenge. I need to find another nightly hobby besides working out. I've tried to increase my workouts to twice a day, and it's not as hard as i had imagined, but the eating! super disappointed. hoping i could give myself a good bday present and lose weight by then. would 125 be realistic? 3 1/2 weeks to lose 8.5 lbs. it's gonna be tough, but i'll take it one step at a time. My immediate goal is 130 by next week. anytime next week! i just need to get there, not be overly confident then pig out afterwards.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
