Awesome! Pretty consistent drop since July. Curious, I notice ur cals are not very consistent from day to day, but stay in a consistent range week to week... is that by design, keeping a weekly cal deficit in lieu of a daily cal deficit?

I understand all about the calories going crazy one day a week. Some people call it a free day. My husband always has a hard time with the weekend, too much food around and things. But knowing your weak spots and going back sticking on plan it looks like you are doing an amazing job. Stick with what works for you.

@ckworksalot It's not really by design. I do try to balance good days with bad ones though, so it makes sense that it would all even out like that.
@Katrina27 I try not to have set "cheat days". Every day is different and I weigh the situation with how good/bad I've been recently to determine whether I can give myself some wiggle room. This day in particular I was out until 12:30am hanging out with friends, so I got pretty hungry later on and wasn't able to keep up with my original plan to skip dinner :P
