Typical breakfast, two eggs with spinach, onions, tomato, peppers, bacon bits, (oh forgot to add cilantro ! 😋), cup of fat free milk, slice of keto bread, a little butter. This will quench my hunger till noon no problem 👍🏻
292.2 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 107.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
