Hey guys! Today was another fasting day, seems to get easier as I go along. I work in the morning then I will be packing and getting the house ready for me to be down in Florida for a week! I'm so excited! A whole week to visit and hang out with the friends that I haven't seen in the 4 years since I moved to Georgia. I'll be driving down and of course as long as someone serves breakfast I'll be able to keep on track. My friends are going to want to feed me, but as long as I avoid the carbs I should be fine. They were with me the first time I did Adkins 10 years ago and they won't be all pushy about what I eat. We plan on some beach time, shopping and some pampering.....hair, nails, feet and probably some clubbing. I never drink anything alcoholic when we go clubbing, too busy drinking water after energetic rounds on the dance floor. All in all I don't think it will be a severe challenge. My laptop is on it's deathbed so I won't be able to keep up with tracking but I have a notebook that I will make notations in and try to catch it up when I return.I'll be covering a lot of ground from Miami to West Palm Beach so I am sure I will stay busy and active.
