After a long slog (March 29th, 2021 to Feb 11th, 2022) going from my first weight loss goal, made my 2nd weight loss goal! 🎉 Down to 18% BF, and feel like I’m really in the groove now! Time to move the goalposts… to 150… next week. Gonna enjoy the “at goal weight” status in FS and my scale for a few days!
154.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
