push ups 5
squats 25
crunches 10
lunges 20

(last day) PiYo Drench

Treadmill: 30 minutes, speed 3.0, incline 3.0

30 reps of each with 5 lb. dumbbells:
lying dumbbell tricep extension
tricep press/extension
tricep dumbbell kickback (each arm)
reverse curl
standing overhead dumbbell press
dumbbell lateral raise
