WED. NIGHT....Just relized I haven't journaled all week.I'm just been soo busy with the grandchildren.The day seems to fly by. I managed a couple of hours me time twice and work-out both times.I didn't plan my meals ahead of time either and didn't follow the plan as well as I should have.Monday not enought food,tues. and wed. too much food.I did get all my veggies in all three days however.Guess I did something right without any throught and pre-planning.Things should get back to normal after tomorrow.Grandchildren will be going home.
