BF 21.4. Did a session of Pump and X3 Yoga yesterday. I had the day off so made the most of it. Went with my wife to her Pump class - pretty tough but a great workout. I loved the use of the weights and doing Yoga later in the day was a nice bit of stretching. My plan for the weekend is to keep on with the focus on the diet to see if I can get through it without my typical stall. I'd like to hit my goal in the next month. Have a great weekend!
