It seems like it has taken so long just to lose a pound but I do feel better. I can tell it is coming off my stomach which is much needed. Even my pants are a little easier to get on.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
