Well, I figured out what was keeping me from losing weight the past two weeks—HALF & HALF. Yes, too much cream in my delicious coffee ☕️. Who would have known, such delicious cups of coffee. I had 3-4 cups every day with my delicious half & half. Have a marvelous day FS family ❤️
263.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
