Ok, so far this is not a good week for me, i fell of the "no sugar" wagon.
I think this wine tasting weekend screwed it all up.
So far on the LCHF diet, i haven't had any sugar cravings, but for some reason this week, i can't help myself. It must be hormones.

Tuesday i ate to pieces of Lemingtons, today i just had to try a new chocolate. and I promised my colleagues i'll bring a gluten free (unfortunately not sugar free) Lemon meringue Pie to work tomorrow, as i'm celebrating my 7 years with the company.

So not a good week at all.
Hopefully it will be a better weekend filled with yummy veg ;-)
