Theres a farewell lunch at work today, need to stand my round and remember why im doing this :)
209.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

OOO i hate work functions they mess me up as well , but i was strong with last weeks one , didn't eat anything I had my lunch just before the party started so i was full. then on Friday It was a birthday , the girly was so sweet she knows i try to stay away from cakes and so on , so she got some bananas and yogurt and strawberry's for me, better options than the cake.

Thats awesome! no one quite so caring caring here. but i managed :) But they are the end of me, the cakes and goodies.... trying to rem my goals!

and the scary part is if you in south Africa we still have about 2 months left before the real summer weather drops by ,and then the eating and drinking and beach times start . well done for quit smoking as well.
