Good morning all, I hope everyone is well today.I didn't plan my meals yesterday.I waited too late to eat dinner so I just had a snack of celery and cheese.I should have known better because I got hungary later and had to eat. Stayed with ANA and only had a slice of polish ham and string cheese but it was too late to flush out the salt with water.Needless to say I feel bloated today.Water,water,water and more water today to flush and easy on the cheese and salt.Why do I do this when I KNOW BETTER!!!!Oh well life lesson.Hope everyone has a great ATKINS day.....nonna
