I'm going to run the same program only changing my deadlift stance to sumo from conventional on lower days. And on upper days, I'll go with a narrower grip for the pressing movements. Should everything go according to plan, I'll be seeing some new PR's coming soon.

Here's how this morning went:

** Sumo Deadlift **
- 45.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 135.0 lbs x 5 reps
- 185.0 lbs x 3 reps
- 225.0 lbs x 3 reps
- 275.0 lbs x 3 reps
- 315.0 lbs x 3 reps
- 365.0 lbs x 2 reps

** Barbell Good Morning **
- 165.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 165.0 lbs x 10 reps
- 165.0 lbs x 10 reps

** Back Extensions **
- 5.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 5.0 lbs x 15 reps
- 5.0 lbs x 15 reps

** Lying Leg Curl Machine **
- 45.0 lbs x 12 reps
- 45.0 lbs x 12 reps
- 45.0 lbs x 12 reps
