The usual lrc grp run on the usual route.
Started strong but soon was out of power. Ran 2 kms in frustration. The next 3kms were amazing.
Did a sort of tempo run wherein I ran for 200 meters all out and walked for 20 to 30 meters. Repeated this routine for the next 3 kms.
Felt great after completing 5km in 40 mins.
Splits per km were 7.39, 8.43, 8.31, 7.28 and 7.29.
The last 20 meters were at 4.42 pace. :-)
