Holding at 145.6 lbs - YEAH!!! (actually was 144.4 after going to the potty this morning). I am getting so much closer to my goal. I am excited to be cleaning out closet and getting rid of size 16's, 14's and some 12's that are TOOO BIG!!! I hope I keep up this momentum. I need to focus on toning - have ugly arm pit flab -- HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THAT ??? LOL WOULD LOVE FOR MY BUTT to be firmer, what exercises help there??
