Just a few pounds from my goal. But. It's no longer about the weight. It's about my health and, to be honest, the way I look. I'm fitting into pants that I haven't in 20 years and had to punch a new hole in my belt. Fun! I'm probably going to adjust my goal a bit again. I'd like to lose a bit more fat before hitting the cold weather season and before I start focusing on the weight lifting again. Have a great weekend!
