I weigh less now than I did at Natalie’s wedding in 2018 meaning I haven’t weighed this little since likely 2016 or 2017. It’s taken 12 weeks to lose 10 pounds but if I keep going I can lose another 10 pounds by spring which would put me back to pre 2015. My GI stuff seems controlled by the fodmap diet and that combined with cutting out sugar and alcohol and eating mindfully is working. Swimming three times per week and a little weight training a couple times per week really brings down the weight. It seems like every time I swim the next day I see the results. eatinmindfully is

wow!!! that is amazing news maybe one day I will leave the sweets alone. I have not mastered that yet any tips.
