It's always easier to eat clean at home vs. at work. I prepacked part of the salad for tomorrow. Spring mix, 1/2 a boiled egg, chicken,avocado, tomatoes, light balsamic, Tajin. I was craving something salty while watching tv last night and totally forgot how much I love edamame in those moments.
