Couldn't weigh last week because my scale kept giving me the wrong measurements. I have a 5kg dumbell that I used to check it, and it kept saying either 5.1 or 4.9 no matter what I did. So yesterday I bought myself a new scale. Also worked out more this week, but alas, I have gained again. I will keep it up.
