Slept 4.5hrs. To bed 229am. To sleep 345am. Awake 815am by alarm.
B 845am: 2 coffee, 2 water
L 1251pm: 1 egg on hash browns of potato, onion, mushrooms & extra lean ham, with salsa, kiwi, coffee, 3 water.
D 613pm: restaurant- prawn salad with orange vinaigrette, 2 coffee, 2 water
Sn 1105pm: 10 crunchmaster crackers with hummus, 1/2 banana, 3 water, dark chocolate & mixed unsalted nuts
I took my elderly parents & myself out to a restaurant meal in a local fish & chip restaurant on Vancouver Island. My parents had clam chowder followed by cod fish & chips with creamy coleslaw. But I did not feel envious or deprived as I had this large & yummy prawn salad with orange-lime soy vinaigrette. 😋🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐🦐
