Week 12 Day 3 workout finished - 2 more workouts to go! Weigh in is still same as last Friday - so no change in weight. However i am happy because it looks like my body is adjusting to this weight and the fluctuations are not so huge. There is a bottle of chilled Moscato D'Asti in the fridge and it has been there since week 10. Will open it on sunday to celebrate the end of this challenge and the start of a next one (after a 2 week break :))!
