Not sure how that happened! ... oh well, I will keep moving forward! A year ago, this would have caused me to go off the deep end!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I could totally relate with this post. I've learned that when it comes to cutting or weight loss it's all linear. The peaks and valleys can play with your head but if you stay on track and stay focused you'll get to your final goal. Keep up the good work and grind away
