Up early again today, I actually didn't wake up before my alarm went off. I was dreaming about my old job again, for some reason it just won't leave me... I guess 25 years leaves a big mark on your subconcious thoughts. At least it wasn't a negative thing this time, it was simply a dream where I was around a group of my old colleagues and we were discussing.... wait for it.... exercise and food! Sheesh.

I realized last night that I had been to the gym every morning for 5 straight, so I stayed home this morning. I really wanted to go, however, this is one habit that I welcome. Anyway I have physical work awaiting me today, I will wrap up my work in the garden and clear off the screened porch for a good scrubbing. Then I plan to take the dogs for a walk later, So, that's enough exercise for today I think.

I had an Egg Beaters sandwich with turkey and lite cheese for breakfast, I discovered some 100% whole wheat buns at the Publix bakery and they are good! Along with half a FLORIDA orange I am ready to roll.

One thing that has kept me from being hungry is eating something about every three hours, that will keep my metabolism boosted and make those huge numbers on the scale become little numbers. I am also drinking green tea with a splash of V8 diet Splash mixed in. No beer is allowed in the tank at this time, don't have it in the house and don't miss it. Well maybe a little. :O)

Out to the garden now!
