Happy Friday, Weigh in today,Down 2 1/2 lbs. 1/2 in hips,waist and bust each.I'm trying to move up to OWL today,but its hard to eat everything.WQW I ATE A LOT TODAY.I got all vegges in, protein, and fats.Still calories under 1500.Even ate 1/4 cup almonds(thats where I'm starting OWL)Oh well I refuse to stress over it.STRESS MAKES YOU FAT.Maybe I'm not suppose to make 1500 Calories.
