Day 72: Total loss of 29 pounds! The weight loss has slowed a little bit but almost 30 pounds later I can't really complain. Next mini goal is to reach 163 and be down a total of 30 pounds, so this week or next I should be there. Continuing with my diet and my running training, boring but working.
