I am now a MARRIED WOMAN! WOOOOO. Back from our honeymoon already. It feels like these last 3 weeks have just gone by so quick.
Even though I gained a little more weight, the dress still fit perfectly and everything went really well! I also think this is the first vacation I've ever been on coming back less than what I weighed (I weighed around 155 wedding time).
SO, my husband and I are trying the slow carb diet from 4 hour body. I am pretty proud that I'm managing to eat so few carbs considering they are my favorite thing. Yesterday I did not eat enough food (around 900 calories) so I was starving when I woke up.
Today I ate a little bit more, but I still don't feel like I've had enough. I think my body has to get used to restricting my intake of food again though, cause God knows I love to eat! ;p
Back to work, back to eating like a healthy person, back to exercise...at some point. I think I got a stomach bug on our honeymoon, and I'm still not 100% yet. I might go to the gym tomorrow night, we'll see on how I feel.
