Good Morning
Rain and thunderstroms kept me up so really tired today.Forced myself to go to gym today.AT LEAST I DID
my work-out;
30 mins treadmill=incline 3 speed 3=1 1/2 mile
30 mins recumbent cross triner
15 mins upper body weights

Couldn't finish breakfast.Only ate 1/2 bacon.It didn't go to waste, DH ate it.Hehehehe
