Bleh. I was sick most of last week. Despite that, I decided to go on a six mile run on Saturday morning.
That was not a good idea.
Anyways, I've had two weird weeks in a row where my exercise was basically nonexistent. Well, intentional exercise anyway. Painting rooms and installing ovens tends to burn calories.
And yesterday my roommate asked me to make him a diet program/outline. Look at me being a fancy-pants example. lol
